Connor
Attentive, Diligent, Ambitious
Connor grew up in Akron, Ohio, spending many summers and winters in Japan with his family. From an early age, he was passionate about sports and physical activity, playing baseball through college at the University of Mount Union, where he earned a degree in exercise science and biology in 2014, and later graduated from the Physician Assistant program there in 2017. Today, he stays active through weightlifting, golfing, and skateboarding. When he’s not training, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, catching up with friends, and cheering on his favorite Cleveland teams (yes, even the Browns). Before becoming a physician assistant, Connor worked as a personal trainer, designing fitness and nutrition programs to help clients achieve their goals. For the past eight years, he has worked in emergency medicine, where quick decision-making and trust are essential. His experiences as both an athlete and a medical professional have shaped his coaching philosophy—focusing on long-term progress, accountability, and the deep connection between fitness, nutrition, and overall health. Connor believes in a health-first approach that prioritizes movement, strength, and sustainable habits. Fitness has always been a source of therapy and resilience in his own life, and he is passionate about helping others improve their metabolic health and build a foundation for lifelong wellness. He is excited to guide clients through their fitness journeys and help them unlock their full potential.

Lexi
Energetic, Practical, Persistent
In college, Lexi hit a wall—over-exercising, skimping on sleep, and battling messy eating habits. With poor mental health hygiene added to the mix, she was a walking recipe for burnout. A personal trainer flipped the script, introducing her to books on metabolic health that sparked a total mind-body reset. Since then, she’s been hooked on living well, not just surviving. More recently, a back injury threw her a curveball, sidelining her from things she loves. It forced her to rethink movement—focusing on stability and patience—and those setbacks have ultimately made her better at relating to others on their own journeys. Lexi is a coffee fiend—for her, nothing beats biking or walking along Lady Bird Lake with an iced latte in hand. She has a goal to visit every coffee shop in Austin and has made a fair bit of progress. A creature of habit, her daily breakfast is proof: egg whites, one sunny-side-up egg, avocado toast, and a shake of everything bagel seasoning. She even goes to bed excited for it the next day. She is also a proud cat and plant mom, even though the two don’t always get along. Cat vs. cactus? Not a good combo. Lexi is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. Her coaching style is empathetic, open, practical, and persistent. She loves digging into what makes people tick and busting the myth that health means perfection. Always eager to stay up to date on the latest research and trends in longevity, she considers Andrew Huberman her go-to source. Her favorite part of working with clients is seeing them surprise themselves with what they’re capable of and sharing in their progress. She approaches coaching with a learner mentality, believing that no two people are alike and that there’s always something to learn from each other.

Taylor
Empathetic, Holistic, Evidence-Based
Taylor is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with eight years of clinical experience and a well-rounded background in acute and emergency medicine, oncology, hematology, stem-cell transplant medicine, and addiction medicine. His diverse professional journey in healthcare has been fundamental in forming an evidence-based approach to managing acute mental and physical illness while preventing chronic disease. However, his personal journey navigating his own health has been equally important in developing a unique holistic and empathetic approach to general well-being, primarily centered around balancing mind, spirit, and body. Taylor’s personal coaching style is tailored to each client’s unique medical, family, and psychosocial history. His practice incorporates both Western and Eastern medical principles, with a distinctive integration of the Wim Hof Method for managing acute and chronic inflammation. This approach has allowed him to successfully manage his own chronic pain and mood dysregulation related to autoimmune and gastrointestinal issues, as well as a spinal injury. Recognizing the real impact of the placebo effect, he also emphasizes the role of a client’s beliefs and expectations in influencing their own physical and mental health. Taylor believes in practicing what he preaches and follows several lifestyle habits that have had the highest net positive effect on his own health. These include morning and evening Wim Hof breathwork, morning cold showers, intermittent fasting, gratitude journaling, yoga (meditation, affirmations, prayer, breathwork, and stretching poses), walking and jogging outdoors, socializing with friends, and playing soccer in a men’s league. He also plans to incorporate acupuncture, massage therapy, and Pilates (reformer) into his routine. As Hippocrates famously stated, "Food is medicine," but Taylor acknowledges that no single diet fits all—balance is always the key. Taylor is excited to be part of BodyTime and looks forward to helping clients optimize their health and longevity.
